This clinic is clean and all their equipment seems to be fairly new as well. All the staff are very friendly and they make me feel so welcome every visit. They carry mainly Environ & Dr Spiller products (and a few other brands). I feel that sometimes they are trying really hard to sell me these products ...which I dont really like. But they are good facial products with such extensive range that it caters for all different skin types/ concerns. While I wouldn't normally drive to Surrey Hills for a beauty treatment, I had a Spreets voucher to redeem. Vaia Beauty is aesthetically pleasing in terms of decor; from its tranquil treatment rooms to the aromatic scent of candles wafting through the air. The saloon is certainly very peaceful. The accompanying music is both quiet and relaxing- it will transport you to a higher place. Overall, the ambiance is what you look for in a salon. The owner was working that day and was in charge of all my beauty treatments (massage, fake tan, facial, eyebrow wax and tint). She was very efficient, but I felt as though she were trying to rush me out the door. She tried to push numerous (and expensive!) products on me, which I did not what to buy. Perhaps she was having a bad day but she came across as rather rude and a little judgmental. She was obviously inundated with Spreets vouchers and was finding it all very stressful. In summary, I wouldn't revisit the salon again unless I was given a gift voucher. The parking situation was stressful enough and while the premises are beautiful, my overall experience was dismal. The quality of work however was 5 Star. It was a shame about the customer service.

She was actually the first person who asked me about my lifestyle and understood why I have got those break outs (stress, hormonal balance). After a botched dye job, Chika was able to save my hair and the cut and dye were fantastic. The stylists are very honest if they do not think they can achieve something. I went back a second time to get my hair dyed pink and it was fantastic. I've always wanted magenta hair and Mao achieved just that. It's an expensive place but I've never left a salon excited about my hair twice.

Last week went for a massage with a Korean lady called Hana (Hannah) and the massage was so rough and hard she had no idea on how to read a customer. The massage was so hard that I was moving and jumping that she did not even ask if I was ok or if it was too hard so the massage could be adjusted. I complained to the reception and all they could do is appologise. Even the extra service she became tired and complained her arms where getting sore and in the end gave up and said time is up. Then here's the catch, don't pay by card, they slap on a 10% surcharge. I wanted my comlaint to be escalated and all they said was they are sorry and accept the feedback and Jacob the manager would return a call to me. To this day almost a week after no return call. The massage itself was so hard that I ended up with buising for days. Avoid this business, they do not care about customer service, and it appears it's about money more than professionlism.

The surgery was this year and 3 months on I couldn't be happier with the results. After 3 children, breastfeeding and many a waking hour spent tending to my kids' needs, I came to the conclusion that my body might be ready for a bit of a makeover. I wanted to do something for myself. I liked my existing implants somewhat, but the pregnancies, the weight fluctuations and lost upper breast volume was noticeable. I called Dr Rastogi's clinic and booked a consultation to talk to him about it. And wow, what a lovely surgeon, I wish I had gone to him the first time around! Following the appointment I booked in for the procedures and set about planning for my surgery, which he did simultaneously at Waratah Private Hospital. Following surgery, I recovered well and have been very happy with the results. My breasts are much fuller and the shape is lovely. Plus they are already starting to feel soft, despite them being polyurethane coated or 'Furry Brazilian'. My Tummy Tuck scar is so small and nicely hidden underneath my bikini line, he did an incredible job. If you want a detail-oriented, supportive and friendly surgeon, I would highly recommend Dr Rastogi and his team. My experience was outstanding.
