The staff are all brilliant at their job; all professional, courteous, and off course, they are all animal lovers. I was touched by one of the vets who saw me and my family coming in with our very sick cat a few months ago, and went off to get a box of tissues for us. 20 minutes later we were all crying in the treatment room as we said goodbye to our little bad tempered fat cat. She was very respectful, and let us stick around while we composed ourselves. Thankfully, I don't always come in here with a worried or sick pet. I pick up dog and cat food here; they have plenty of the specialist brands, like Iams.
