He is so personable, as is his assistant, and answers questions patiently and thoroughly. I would most certainly rather have a plastic surgeon do my work than a technician which is what my last place offered. If you think, because he is a plastic surgeon, that you will pay an arm and a leg, you are wrong. His prices are reasonable. I plan to go back soon for laser treatments.

An emergency surgery turned nightmare. A referral from my dentist. Front desk staff lacked…read morepersonality, compassion and concern for the patient. They handed me a pile of paperwork to complete, all whilst being in utter pain. Demanded an atrocious deposit up front, along with mysterious miscellaneous charges including a nearly $200 charge for nitrous oxide. I experienced immense pain throughout the entire process. I cried the entire time. Dr. Lane and her assistant exhibited Zero bedside manner. I was sent home with 10 pieces of "complimentary" gauze for the intense bleeding, a prescription for antibiotics and useless mouthwash, and told to continue taking "Tylenol". I was literally in excruciating pain for nearly 72 hours. I had swelling and bruising for days after. No follow-up care at all. Just more invoices....
