Called him back and told him. He said it was due to the parts we needed. What he didn't say was the part that was broke was going to eat away the brand new tire and it was dangerous to drive. After taking it back with the new parts and getting them on, he informed me that tire had to be replaced. Again not saying it was how he put the tire own to start with. Took the car to the tire place who gave us all the info on how that would have happened. Needless to say after speaking with him, he wouldn't cover the tire that he ruined. BAD BUSINESS!!!!!!!!

They were finished quicker than they said they would which was great however I've been having some issues AC That it's not cooling down like it's supposed to I took it back in. They checked it says they recharged it less than a week later have the same problem have not been back yet to see what the issue is. I relayed this information to the service writer. I could tell he really wasn't listening to me which is nothing new when talking to a lot of service writers. Always remember this is how they get paid. So I called in the next day to ask had they found the problem. He was very hostile in giving me his answer. He was telling me I may need breaks and rooters.I told him I just put new breaks and rooters on it. In short he told me that I could come and get my car.I told him not to touch it I will be right there to pick it up. I took my car to Silver Star Mercedes Benz auto repair. I had picked up a huge rock in my wheel. They removed the rock and didn't charge me a dime. I will never take my car to Techway again. Yes they are over charging people or over diagnostics same thing. Either way they are taking your money.
