We always book an appointment as our time is valuable. We booked for an 08:30am appointment on Monday morning. It was 10:30am before our truck was even pulled into the service bay. Yes, we SAT THERE for close to TWO HOURS despite having an appointment. Then they were done in less than 30 minutes. Owning several large diesel trucks, NEVER NEVER before has the work been done that fast. Even at this location, last three times the service work was about an hour. What does that mean? They did a HALF ASS JOB. Did not check the things that they normally check. Did not do a quality job. So, let's sum it up. We waited close to TWO HOURS past our appointment time and then got a less than professional job done. Well done Jim Whaley!!! You just lost another customer, but I doubt that you care. Integrity = ZERO Professionalisam = ZERO Customer Satisfaction = ZERO This local EUFAULA branch just does not care. That shows how corporate runs the business and how much they really put in stake in customer satisfaction. Jim Whaley sold out in October of 2025. The new ownership group is a bunch of hacks who will and are running the business into the ground.

They were finished quicker than they said they would which was great however I've been having some issues AC That it's not cooling down like it's supposed to I took it back in. They checked it says they recharged it less than a week later have the same problem have not been back yet to see what the issue is. This will have to remain a completion of this story in the next few weeks.
