Called him back and told him. He said it was due to the parts we needed. What he didn't say was the part that was broke was going to eat away the brand new tire and it was dangerous to drive. After taking it back with the new parts and getting them on, he informed me that tire had to be replaced. Again not saying it was how he put the tire own to start with. Took the car to the tire place who gave us all the info on how that would have happened. Needless to say after speaking with him, he wouldn't cover the tire that he ruined. BAD BUSINESS!!!!!!!!

They were finished quicker than they said they would which was great however I've been having some issues AC That it's not cooling down like it's supposed to I took it back in. They checked it says they recharged it less than a week later have the same problem have not been back yet to see what the issue is. Always remember this is how they get paid. So I called in the next day to ask had they found the problem. He was very hostile in giving me his answer. He was telling me I may need breaks and rooters.I told him I just put new breaks and rooters on it. In short he told me that I could come and get my car.I told him not to touch it I will be right there to pick it up. I took my car to Silver Star Mercedes Benz auto repair. I had picked up a huge rock in my wheel. They removed the rock and didn't charge me a dime. I will never take my car to Techway again. Yes they are over charging people or over diagnostics same thing. Either way they are taking your money.

Pitch black dark about 20 miles out of Dothan and the TPMS light comes on. We make it to Eufaula at 8:30 pm and sure enough nail in the right rear. We stay overnight and the next morning we call roadside assistance. After 14 tries they find no one. The local fire department comes to assist and makes contact with Eufaula Tire. While fixing our tire on site at the Hampton, Matthew finds three of our five lugs were cross threaded by a big conglomerate we bought our tires from. We head over and he's able to get two of the three lugs that the big chain screwed up back on to get us home. Knowing our situation, they have mercy and cut us a great price. If I wasn't three hours away, these guys would be my store of choice. Hometown guys that truly care. If you're in Eufaula, the choice is easy. Go with the hometown guys. If you find yourself like us, call these guys first. My family and I cannot thank Clay and Matthew enough. Solid people in a world full of shady people
