Never Again!!! We had been using Jim Whaley for oil changes on one of our Dodge 3500 diesel trucks as they have the ability to do the work where as other local shops do not. We always book an appointment as our time is valuable. We booked for an 08:30am appointment on Monday morning. It was 10:30am before our truck was even pulled into the service bay. Yes, we SAT THERE for close to TWO HOURS despite having an appointment. Then they were done in less than 30 minutes. Owning several large diesel trucks, NEVER NEVER before has the work been done that fast. Even at this location, last three times the service work was about an hour. What does that mean? They did a HALF ASS JOB. Did not check the things that they normally check. Did not do a quality job. So, let's sum it up. We waited close to TWO HOURS past our appointment time and then got a less than professional job done. Well done Jim Whaley!!! You just lost another customer, but I doubt that you care. Integrity = ZERO Professionalisam = ZERO Customer Satisfaction = ZERO This local EUFAULA branch just does not care. That shows how corporate runs the business and how much they really put in stake in customer satisfaction. Jim Whaley sold out in October of 2025. The new ownership group is a bunch of hacks who will and are running the business into the ground. read more

We are on our way to the beach and picked up some kind of shrapnel that had my tire almost flat in less than 5 minutes. This location was close and super accommodating considering how busy they were. They had us in and out in an hour and even fixed a previous patch that was done poorly that we didn't even ask for. Top notch! read more

Doesn't even deserve one star take a truck there for lifter job get the truck back weeks later witch is fine but it has a ticking noise and was told to keep driving by Ashton after I sent videos of the sound that same day I got my truck out the shop take back the next day told a vac pump went out how does it go out when it's been there for weeks.. My friends and I were on the way down to the beach and on the way the car read it that it was overheating. We stopped on the side of the road and someone recommended Jim Whaley's Tires to get it checked out. The blonde woman working at the front desk immediately helped us and let us know they would look at it ASAP. They were SO helpful and immediately took a look and fixed the reading error on our thermostat. They didn't charge us at all and sent us on our way with everything fixed! 10/10 would recommend if you're having car issues anywhere near Eufaula!!! read more
