Despite my variety of choices, I bypass all of these stores to go to Clark (also known as Amy's Mini Mart). From the outside, Clark appears to be a tiny inconspicuous gas station that would make for a convenient stop for a Snickers bar. In the inside, Clark provides more than instant gratification for a sudden sweet tooth. My basis for declaring my loyalty to this establishment come from three appeals. 1) Price: Though Clark is not the cheapest gas station available to me but it is the cheapest in my immediate area. The food and drinks within the store cost about as much as they would at any other convenience store. Though s few of the items exclusive to Clark are much cheaper than their name brand counterparts so i like to take advantage of that possibility when i can. 2) Friendliness: After being a regular patron of this gas station since the spring of 2010, the faces of those that work there have become all too familiar. Some of them I even know by name. I can easily strike up a conversation with any of the employees, even the ones i don't know as well as others. No matter who's working I always feel comfortable and welcome as I walk through the doors. 3) Quality: I'm well aware that Clark is a gas station, not Olive Garden. I don't expect nor claim that their merchandise is high end or superb. I will claim, however, that I thoroughly trust that whatever I happen to buy there will be fresh and satisfying. There is no surprise that going to Clark on a daily basis over the span of six or so months has proved it to be my favorite gas station. But without the aforementioned reasons, I wouldn't be so adamant about upholding my daily ritual. As long as Clark stands at the corner of Douglas and Brittany Drive, you can expect me to see me there once (possibly twice) a day.

There was a woman wandering around the store and an employee by the name of Mike approached her. He said to her "I noticed you came from the storage locker area, are you hungry?" He was in the process of cleaning off the rollers where the food was. This kind gesture made me tear up. I commended his actions & as he said, it's the right thing to do. I told him, but it isn't the common thing to do. He did not have to help this woman, he could have thrown that food away. You need to know that this employee went above and beyond, and he should be recognized. I will be doing a Google review on your store as well.

My most recent experience with Highway 10 towing and the ownership has changed my opinion of them…read moreforever. I have used them multiple times in the past with no issue. On 1/23/2026 I had them tow my F350. The driver made a remark that he would need to secure my truck bed cover as he would be towing my vehicle backwards on the tow truck flat bed. I said "You're the expert" and left him to it. When my vehicle was dropped off, my bed cover was laid in a roll in the bed of my truck. You'll notice via the pictures that came attached to my invoice that the driver took that my vehicle was not delivered in the same condition it was picked up. The cover caught the wind during transport and is not bent and nonfunctioning. As a carpenter with tools in my truck, this is my livelihood at risk now. I reached out to Highway 10 towing to give them the chance to make it right. I got a hold of Jorge on 1/27 who said it wasn't their problem or responsibility but that he'd talk to his driver and call me back the following day. When no call came, I called again 1/29 and spoke with Jorge yet again who yet again reiterated he wasn't willing to take responsibility for the damage. I have no choice but to now waste more time in an attempt to bring them to small claims court to recoup from the damage their carelessness caused. 10/10 would NOT recommend this business.

I had a tow truck driver come via AAA. The driver didn't want to tow my vehicle so he lied to AAA…read moreand said I cussed him out. That is a lie. I never cussed him out and was nothing but nice to him. When I called dispatch to ask why the driver told AAA I cussed him out, the dispatcher said " the driver didn't want to tow your vehicle and that's his choice" then hung up. Any company that would tell an outright lie like that just think about all the other shady things they're doing with vehicle repairs. Already submitted a compaint with AAA and will continue to share my experience with this corrupt business.

But, the very nice gal behind the counter said she would check in back and came back with boatloads.. Yay! (We only needed one) Came back another day needing paper towels.. Their shelves were empty and I asked if any more in back. No, some lady came in and literally purcahsed all of them. Okay, I get it.. they were prob camping too and had people over.. so, I wiped out the napkins, but they only had two small packages, so we are still politally correct.. the very nice man at the counter did say Cub was just up the road 3 min or 3 miles.. super close.. Just so appreciate this store. Small, but noble.. super clean! Does the job for gas (which we also got just fine!). It's super clean and the employees are so nice. Growing up in MN, my parents always told me you just can't get "MN Nice" anywhere else.. not so true in other parts of MN in our travels back, but this place still holds true! Thank you!!!

Just today I came to get a car wash, and I also placed a pizza order. I marked my parking spot/arrival location as being in the car wash line, which I knew was a bit of a challenge. They didn't quite make it in time, so I called to let them know I had pulled into the wash. I said "I know I gave you a challenge there (while laughing)" and they laughed with me and just told me to pull up next to the front door when I was done. They watched for me out the window and brought the pizza out promptly when I pulled up. The pizza was handed off with a joking "we'll have to charge you more for this one" comment. I don't expect much out of gas stations (I don't think many people do), so we were both kinda floored by how NICE the interior of this gas station was. Like practically upscale fancy (for a gas station), clean and well-lit, with a decent selection of REAL food (produce, milk, eggs, etc.) in addition to the typical junk fare. I was also impressed by the tap smoothie and protein shake dispensers alongside the coffee brews and soda fountain. Bakery items were actively being discounted when we arrived, and were extremely tempting flavors like pumpkin white chocolate chip. Perhaps needless to say, we walked out with more than hubbie's cup of coffee. X'D Making your shop look nice (while staying affordable) works y'all! Honestly this trend of gas stations that TRY is refreshing; it doesn't have to feel like you're slumming it or one step above peeing on the side of the road. Next time I need a quick something, I may in fact prioritize Kwik Trip over say Holiday or Speedway. Also the employees working here were friendly and efficient.
