Nathan met the adjuster while I was out of town, managed all the work to replace the roof and siding/paint, then went far beyond the call of duty to match custom Victorian trim that had to be cut by hand. His insights into the extent of damage was 100% accurate when the claim came through and the construction crew's restoration work extremely diligent (with remarkable attention to detail on a Victorian house). I set an alarm to make sure I was up when they arrived. I waited until 8:30 and messaged them again. The response was, "I'm sorry I forgot about you". I was they would drop by later that afternoon and do the repair. I asked for an approximate time and never got a response. I stuck around the house the rest of the day and never saw or heard from them again. If you're looking for someone dependable, this not your company.
