I have both a doctor's RX and he has training papers to prove he is a service dog. I stepped inside to tell the clerk that he's a service dog protected by the ADA. The other clerk started screaming hysterically "GET OUT!" Now both clerks were hysterically screaming I wasn't able to make out much of what they were trying to say in their hysterical state. I lost my cool. I'm not used to people screaming at me at the top of their lungs. I replied "STOP SCREAMING AT ME!" The reply was "GET THE FUCK OUT!" I left. The female clerk followed me into the parking lot still screaming. I have no idea what she screamed. I simply couldn't understand her. Service dogs are legally recognized as durable medical equipment, just like a wheel-chair. UPDATE A friend of mine called Long's to explain the ADA. Whoever answered the phone told my friend they wanted me to wait outside while they secured their dog. I heard them scream DOG, maybe she meant her dog. No idea, I was unable to understand them do to hysteria.

It sounded like a great deal. He gave the phone to a lady who spoke broken English to get the address, make, and model. After waiting for an hour we called back to confirm the address. They had written down the wrong address. He said it would be about a half hour before he could get to us.
