I found his inspections to be very knowledgeable, thorough, and professional. He has always been willing to answer any questions and is prompt in email delivery of the home inspection report. The reports include descriptions and photos of defects or deficiencies which make it easy to communicate any issues with all parties involved and potentially with contractors that need to be hired to complete needed repairs. First, we were not invited to inspect the home we were purchasing. Second, Justin missed several obvious issues in his inspection that are costing us hundreds of dollars in added expense. These include spouting falling off of the house, a yellow jacket infestation coming from a nest above the ceiling access panel, door handles that do not work, a faulty garage door, electrical outlets that do not work, and a dryer vent that is inadequately ventilated, just to name a few. When I contacted Justin, he refused to take responsibility. His inspection was done on 11/6. We moved into the home on 12/10. It is now 12/23. He tried to claim that all of these issues miraculously occurred after his inspection. I definitely do not recommend this business.

We requested them to remove a freezer from the basement, they did it without any concerns, always…read morefriendly. We called them Again on Monday to remove a washer and replace it with a new one in our basement. Again friendly , removed with no problems. All for a low amount of money .

We called the company and set up a removal service and they said that they would be able to do the…read moreservice and then when we set up day and time, they turn down the service and now we are in a loop about trying to find someone else to do the work. We also had people to help them and we never heard back from them again. Poor service.
