I rarely spoke to an actual attorney only someone from the firm and I never had the opportunity to get a feel for the person who would potentially be representing me. Then I found Attorney Antonio. His reviews immediately stood out, but I assumed the process would be the same as everywhere else. I couldn't have been more wrong. When I called, Attorney Antonio answered the phone himself. He took the time to listen to my story, never rushed me, and offered genuine advice during that very first conversation. I hung up feeling heard, understood, and hopeful for the first time in a long time. Looking back, I truly believe Antonio was God sent during one of the most difficult seasons of my life. We hired this firm to represent us in a dispute with our insurance company, in a case where we strongly believed the facts and circumstances were clearly in our favor. We expected knowledgeable, proactive representation that would move the matter forward and protect our interests. Instead, the entire process became unnecessarily prolonged, frustrating, and ultimately produced a result that, in our opinion, was very poor considering the strength of our claim. One of our biggest disappointments was how long the case dragged on. When you hire attorneys--especially a firm that presents itself as experienced in insurance disputes--you expect them to actively pursue the matter, communicate clearly, and work toward achieving the best possible outcome for their client. That was not our experience. After investing a significant amount of time and placing our trust in this firm, we were left feeling that the final recovery simply did not justify the length of the process or meet the expectations we had when we hired them. Looking back, I sincerely regret choosing this firm to handle our insurance dispute.
