I love the variety of programs they host for all ages. Their children's section is fantastic--well-stocked with books, toys, and programs that keep kids engaged and excited about reading. There is always sufficient parking available for anyone visiting the library.

I have young grandchildren who visit and plead for me to take them to the library and are upset with me when I tell them it is a day or time that the library is closed!! I noted that a previous person referred to Tewksbury as a Blue Collar town. I am puzzled how a town with homes selling for One Million Plus Dollars can be called Blue Collar?? As an aside, I have never had a problem having access to any book. The staff has always found a way to locate a copy. Tewksbury Library and staff are an asset to our Town.

I was admitted to Operation ABLE's Work/Study program a few years ago in my late Sixties. I was not…read morelooking to get a Full Time Job but I did know I wanted to either learn some Technical Computer Skills which I never thought I would ever learn at my age so that I could do some part time work somewhere or a Home Business which definitely would need Excel, Word, and make Presentations. I also learned while there they had a 'Medical Terminology Course', which would feed my previous Army Medical background and learn more up to date terms for work at a Hospital or similar area. The many weeks I was there; with the absolutely patient, understanding, and very loving and talented 'Friends' made there; I have made my life ; because of Operation ABLE's Staff much more enjoyable; and made money I never dreamed of. Let us all support this program as long as God keeps us here. They will always be part of my Heart's 'Family' and I wish them well........ A Check is on the way. Well Deserved. I came here hoping to get my label printed since I ran out of ink and panicked. After waiting in…read moreline, I asked politely if the label could be printed here. He told me no. I told him this was my third post office visit and I was hoping to get it done here since this was the third one I checked, and since it was much bigger than the others. The guy at the counter decided to get loud and embarrassed me in front of all the customers. He treated me like I was an idiot and not worth his time. As I walked away crying he yelled at me to buy some ink! The ladies at the Billerica post office in pinehurt were so much nicer, they don't me they can't provide the service but are going to get a printer real soon. They requested I go to the library to print it but with the traffic, I would have never made it in time. He could have treated me like this but no, he treated me like I was stupid and belittled me. I came to find out that all I had to do was request a refund on my shipping label and then I can start a new one in the post office. Not sure why none of the workers knew this information considering we are living in the internet driven world. I will NEVER go back to this post office again, because I do not want to see that man again.
