    One of the worst mistakes I ever made was choosing Progressive insurance, I paid my bill on time…read morefor several months and when I needed them, their Claims Adjuster Malik joyfully denied my claim because they found a loop hole where they could deny coverage. This loophole was because their Agent "Star Nsurance" miss wrote the policy and didn't put the one and only owner of the vehicle and the one and only the person on the auto lien on the vehicle's insurance policy. I don't even know how you can write an insurance policy without having the owner of the vehicle on it? BUT Malik very happily denied paying for the vehicle because this loophole gave him an out. Progressive would rather spend money on fancy witty commercials then pay for loyal customer when we need them. I would suggest Geico, they're much more attentive and customer friendly. But if you go with Progressive make sure you educate yourself on all of the insurance laws and read your contract from end-to-end, because they will use any possible loophole to deny paying you regardless of if you paid them on time all the time or not. Apparently they deny coverage as a regular part of doing business, and pay Flo off for her witty commercials to draw in new prey! ---- Here's an update, a Progressive Agent reached out to me and was very nice however offered nothing except that he felt bad for my situation. I don't understand the point of that call. He all but admitted that my situation should have never happened but he blamed the agent that writes his policies and still offered to do nothing for me except try to get me to say I like Progressive and it's not their fault. He hasn't moved me in fact I'm telling you now don't ever do business with Progressive they will screw you if they have an opportunity to. Then they'll call you up and try to sweet-talk you after they're done screwing you over. I've used Geico before and I promise you they were much better company that believes in customer service and has moral and ethical values.

    Spoke to Nelson who gave me a quote for auto insurance but only for the PIP minimum insurance. He…read morewas knowledgeable about that. He didn't give me any other quotes except that one and I guess he thought that was what I wanted. Anyway I was able to find someone that gave me several quotes on auto insurance that was cheaper. But Nelson was a pleasant person.
