After years working across real estate, mortgage, and commercial finance, founder Bill Rapp saw too many borrowers pushed into rigid loan products that didn’t reflect their full financial picture. Medallion Mortgage was created to solve that problem by focusing on solutions instead of shortcuts.
From the beginning, the firm built relationships with a wide network of banks, credit unions, and private lenders, allowing it to structure financing for complex situations—self-employed borrowers, real estate investors, construction projects, and business-purpose properties.
