I used the app to make a breakfast taco order while visiting family. The order was ready before the time the app had previously given me. The drive through was very busy so I went inside to pick up my breakfast tacos. The restaurant was nice and clean and the employees were accommodating. It was a good flowing experience read more

Wost Bill Miller's in Texas !! They will absolutely screw you on your food!! They will charger you double what you could get from Churches but don't tell you that. STAY AWAY !!!!! read more

The food was great, the restaurant was clean, and the staff was very friendly. I ordered the Rancher plate, and it comes with two meat options and three side options. I had the brisket and chicken as my meats, and the rice, Cole slaw, and potato salad for my three sides. It was very satisfying, and portions are good, not too little, and not too much. I will be returning! read more

Getting really stingy with the breakfast taco fillings. Especially the bean and cheese. Looked like a teaspoon of beans was smeared down the center of a flour and dusted with cheese. read more

Typical Bill Miller's. Always good quality barbecue and sides at a reasonable price. Got a two meat plate with brisket and chicken. Came with a chicken breast and wing as well as about 4 oz of brisket. Total with tea was $14. I think about an average price for a chain bar b q place. I always like their onions. There is some spices and some type of sauce (vinegar?) that makes them taste good. I would recommend. read more

The chicken was hot and moist . The chicken fried steak was one of best I had in a while. Good fast service.

First time ever at a Bill Miller. We are from CA but travel in our RV. Kept seeing Bill Miller, so many locations it must be good. This one always has a long line at the drive through. Although its probably because the inside is closed due to COVID. First, the speaker at the drive through sounds like Charlie Browns teacher. WAH WAH WAH. So we ordered, he's repeating it back to us and we couldn't understand one word. Kept saying what? Still cant understand. So finally my husb says yeah that's right. What else can we do? So naturally we didn't get what we ordered. Reasonably close but still not what we ordered. We got one of the BBQ plates and got it with the incorrect meats. Disappointing as we wanted the ones we ordered. But ok, husb ordered a chopped BBQ sandwich, just the sandwich. Well we got the wrong sandwich and they charged us for a combo. We paid $32.00 for one dinner, a sandwich, and two desserts. Too much for something we didn't want. And it would be near impossible to go through your order to check it. Everything is packaged up really well. And that's a good thing usually. The food was ok, again we are not from TX so we know BBQ here is different than CA. We are ok with that, but it was just ok. Nothing Im going to go back for. The hashbrowns were good those so there's that. Husband said the pecan pie was good. Still cant figure out the attraction. Maybe we got the wrong items. Oh yeah we did get the wrong items! read more

Called ahead for curbside pickup and ordered the small family chicken tenders meal. I noticed they put me down for 10pc fried chicken instead when I was making my online payment. I didn't want to wait for someone to answer the phone again so I left it as is. We got home to several pieces looking like this and a not so pleasant tray of fries and dried out bread. Poor quality in their food big time and Covid is not to blame. read more

We would not recommend the Thanksgiving meal. We had this picked up today and all the tea is bad and had to be thrown out. We also did not receive over half the turkey that was purchased. Not a big deal but we were also shorted a dozen dinner rolls. Which is not needed since we were shorted turkey anyways. If picking up I would recommend to check the quality and quantity of your order or you will be may be disappointed and have to come up with Plan B to feed your family also. read more

I like Bill Miller's BBQ but this visit is the second time I ordered a marbled Poorboy Plus at this Floresville location and what I received was the burnt/charred end that has a quarter inch of burnt mostly inedible and dry brisket. I wish the meat cutters were well trained like many other businesses such as Texas Pride or Black's. Please take pride in what you serve customers. The Bill Miller company makes too much money to serve what I was served. I'm not saying I'll never eat at Bill Miller but it will be a while before I visit this location and I won't eat the brisket. I would have been better off at Mc Donald's. read more

Drive thru during open hours, sad to hear they ran out of food. I always get green beans instead of fries. They said they just ran out, he apologized. Good customer service.......I drove off sad with no green beans and gave my fries away. read more

I ordered the Rancher plate today. It was with double beef brisket. Unfortunately, I went through drive-thru to get my order. When I reached my destination so I could eat my food, the beef brisket was all just fat. This morning ordered 4 bean cheese and bacon and 2 bacon egg and cheese got to location to pick up order was giving 2 tacos showed them the receipt now been waiting 20 mins and still haven received my order the service here and dramatic went down hill rather fast read more

Bill Miller. You need to open your restaurants back up. We are all tired of the long lines and no one answering for curbside. We get it, you have great food and we want it but what we don't need is to reach retirement age while waiting in your long lines for a simple refill or food for that matter. People use up their entire lunch time just waiting in line or on phone to pick up or order food. Tell your inside people if they are going to offer curbside to answer the phone. It's ridiculous to let a phone ring for 10-15 min before answering it. Open up your dining room and give your laid off employees their job back and put your people back to work. read more

I have never gotten an order more messed up than this place. it was Friday night after a long day. we had 6 orders and 4 of them were WRONG. we asked green beans, Cole slaw on two orders and they gave us beans and potatoes. we asked for one order fo go and they sent it out to the table. Typical bill Miller's I love getting their bean and cheese breakfast tacos in the morning but they're super slow during breakfast. Confusing because they have a very limited breakfast read more

Bill Millers has lost my business. Quality and Quantity has been reduced to unacceptable. Turkey on my plate had a hard crust dry, hard. 1/2 serving of green beans, cole slaw was out of a bag and little, no seasoning. NO pickles or onions. plastic fork thrown loose in bag, no knife, used to be wrapped. They seem to be living up to the motto, "we don't care, we don't have to", there is no BBQ competition in Floresville! Better luck at your BMiller. read more

Great bbq that won't empty your wallet, love the chopped bbq sandwiches, and the pickled onions are great on anything!

We've had the pleasure of eating "to go" at 2 Bill Miller locations so far and we haven't been disappointed yet. Staff has been pleasant, food service fast, prices reasonable and portions are a good size. Food seemed fresh and hot each visit. We ate the beef brisket each time and it was EXTREMELY tender and tasty. Sides were tasty. Being a tater fan I have to say that the hash browns are really yummy! Hopefully I will be able to give a dine in review soon. read more

food is always wrong , cold , and old do you self a favor and just make dinner . service is good management seems lost

From one fry cook to another...please change your oil. Do not filter for another day because my crispy fried chicken sandwich tasted like old fried flour and the crust soaked up the oil and into the bun so please Change the oil! read more

I am not a fan of this place at all. I've heard Bill Miller praises for a while and decided to try it out finally. The bbq sauce was watery and had a ketchup flavor. Not good at all. They didn't serve bread with the meal, I've never been to a bbq place that didn't include a slice of bread. The sweet tea was supposed to be amazing, but tasted sour. Not sure ill ever go back, and i'd never tell my friends or family to go there. read more

Visiting from out of town and tried it despite the low ratings, it's not very good. Not even remotely in the ballpark of any backyard BBQ person. It's busy but I suppose it shows a lot of people don't know good BBQ. Good luck read more

Extremely tired of dealing with this particular Bill Miller's. Unfortunately there aren't many choices in Floresville so we continue to come here even though the service is getting increasingly poor every time we go. For example, our order is usually never right and it's usually missing an item that was ordered. I went to pick up breakfast this morning and got a taco that barely had anything in it. For the prices they charge, this is ridiculous. Hopefully a manager will see this and address the issue with the staff. Until then, looks like we'll be staying away for a while. read more

Bill Miller BBQ - The sad excuse of a taco we received, for the price, this is ridiculous. - Barbeque Near Me - Floresville, Texas

Out of Dr. Pepper, out of diet Pepsi, out of hash browns, out of regular tea. We left. Everything we wanted they were out of.

Worst experience ever at any Bill Miller. Took my 80 year old father out for lunch from the VA home. He wanted a chopped Bbq sandwich but didn't want to go in and have to get in and out of wheel chair, so we went through Drive through. There were maybe 4 cars ahead of us. We finally ordered and waited til our turn at window. At the window we were told that credit card machine went down and the lady asked if I could pay cash. My bill was $16 and I only had $4 cash. I told her no, I only had cards. She said I'm sorry... I said , well you just need to give it to me. She got her manager and I was told that they couldn't give everyone free food. I waited in line to order and pay, my order was ready, I asked her well what are you gonna do with my order then? She said dissemble it. Really??? It's a chopped Bbq sandwich. It wouldn't have killed you to let the people with no cash that already waited in the line, have their food. I will never go back to this location period. read more
