Loved this dealership until a recent experience. We purchased our second vehicle from them. Post purchase we were treated very poorly. Not by our salesman, but by the Office Staff and Sales Manager. We had already been misled by the Finance Manager. They had our salesman call and apologize when he wasn't the problem. That young man was always kind and respectful. It's the Office Staff who met us at the door under direction of the "Office Manager" that treated us terribly. The Office Manager or Sales Manager should have called to give us a heads up of the situation but no one bothered to call.

I bought my vehicle from them the second week of December 2025. It is now February of 2026, only 2 months later. I did not drive my vehicle between December 30th, 2025 and January 28th, 2026. When I purchased this vehicle, Emeka (owner? Or at least manager) guaranteed me "I won't have any problems with this vehicle." Sure, what they all say. Well last week I had some routine service done on it and asked for an inspection. The shop found multiple serious issue that they confidently confirmed that had been an issue for a while. Multiple fluid leaks and all the struts were bad, one so bad that it's literally falling apart. (Picture included). It's evident that it has been falling apart and it wasn't properly inspected. Now, I'm not one to just get on here and bash a business before contacting them to see if they will make it right. Which I did. I called last Thursday and spoke with another employee, emeka was unavailable so the employee said he would have emeka call me. I never got a call so I called back today (Tuesday) and got that same employee. I mentioned that emeka never called me back and that employee stated that emeka said there's nothing they can do. So I asked, "So when emeka guaranteed me I wouldn't have any problems with this vehicle, he's not going to honor his word?" And the employee stated "I guess not" and that was the end of the conversation. Once again, stay far away from this dealership.

The first week I had it the vehicle shook at speeds 55-65 so took it tires balanced. Second week: An error of the window being down and child locks disabled. They just had my car for 16 days couldn't figure out engine shut off issue and replaced something with my window and picked it today and the window and car lock error is STILL on my car. Took it back to show them and said uhh should be fast fix when you bring it next time. NOTHING ESLE I am sorry we messed up sorry for this inconvienece. NOTHINGGGG.
