We had seen Dr Bigler for 6-7 years with my 3 biological children. We went twice a year for…read morecleanings and also for any cavities, caps or spacers, etc that needed done. We then adopted a special needs child and that's when the troubles began. Dr Bigler really needs to be educated on various special needs of kids, adoption issues, sensory issues, insurance red tape and listening to his patients. He was would not listen even when I tried to explain my daughter's needs and how abandonment and trauma impact all aspect of a child's life so he could figure out the best treatment for her. I was told our bill would be over $1500 to get my daughters teeth fixed in our initial visit, but our insurance wouldn't give her coverage for a full year till we had proof that she was indeed a citizen(lots of red tape) and i told his office this twice and they gave me no other options to get services rendered.. As soon as she received full coverage we took her in immediately for services only for Dr Bigler to call CPS on us because we had 'neglected' her dental care for the year we fought with insurance( despite a proven history of committed dental care for all of our other children with Dr Bigler). If you go to this Dentist you better be sure you do exactly what he says and what he wants when he wants you to, regardless of any special needs, or insurance/money issues. Also, I was told my daughter would get full nitrous oxide and he didn't give her any. Pinned her down to a board when she can only sign to communicate and we had no idea what effects- if any -Novocaine had on her and she couldn't even let us know if it hurt by using sign(since her arms would strapped down). She screamed bloody murder the whole time( and she never cries out when hurt), so I am assuming she was not numb. I was told she just "felt pressure". This is a child that has a severe distrust of strangers and had never had any dental work done in her life. You can only imagine how traumatic this was for her. Both my older children(age 11 and 10) told me a couple stories of him not listening to them when they said they were in pain during procedures but they thought that's just how all dentist visits were for every child. I have since talked to other parents who have had similar experiences too. Know what you are getting yourself into if you go to Dr Bigler and insist you go go back with your child, special needs or not.

I have been taking my kids to this facility for at least 8 years. It started off great!…read moreSince covid, it has gone downhill. They cancel appointments without notice or if you arrive less than 10 minutes late, "The Dr already left." was their excuse. I don't know how many times I have had to wait for more than 30 minutes to even be seen. Also, they also let me take me baby back with me to be with my 11-year-old. Then one day, it wasn't ok, so my 11-year-old had to make decisions she should not have. I have been getting text messages from them wanting me to schedule my oldest 2 kids their 6-month check-up. I called to schedule them an appointment just to be told, the doctor will only take them on call the day of because of my failure to show/call and tardiness. That's fine. I will find a facility that can keep staff and uphold appointments like I'm expected to do. Very friendly people. They aren't reliable enough to account for what parents have to go through to get their school aged kids to their appointments on time always.

This is seriously the most ridiculous place ever. I got multiple texts and emails confirming my…read moreappointment for the day after Christmas. One confirmation text was sent on Christmas day! I show up and they tell me they called and left a vm cancelling my appointment. There was NO VOICEMAIL!! Then they want me to reschedule for three weeks out. Uhhhh no thanks. I had to find childcare for my kids, drive out of my way, only to find out the appointment is cancelled after receiving a confirmation text the day before.
