I would never recommend anyone to this place. He sold our friends an Acura MDX and within a day the…read morevehicle started running poorly. They went to a reputable mechanic shop and was told that the fuel pump is bad. They reached out to this dealership and was informed that he would take care of it. He stated that he would only take care of it if we were to remove the honest review that we had previously submitted. Once they got it done he went back on his word stating that they got ripped off on the total and that he can get the fuel pump for $100 and that's all he will give them. I checked with multiple parts houses and nowhere has it for $100 let alone the cost of the labor to install it. Stay far away from this dealership as his word is not worth the time he took to say it. Before I decided to purchase a car from this dealership, I should have read the comments. I don't…read morewant to delve into the entire story because it was a complete disaster. In short, I've had better experiences buying secondhand cars at Randash. We were persuaded by Nathan's assurance that we could return the car if anything went wrong, so his mechanic could inspect it. He led us into a false sense of security by claiming that generations of families have bought cars from him. Interestingly, one of the comments mentioned that the dealership has been family-run for over 50 years. However, Nathan is nowhere near 50, so he can't take credit for any success the dealership had before his tenure. Unfortunately, within 24 hours of driving off the lot, the car started having problems. When we contacted Nathan, he brushed it off, made a guess at what the issue might be, looked up the repair cost, and told us it wasn't something his mechanic checks for. We ended up taking it to a different mechanic and paid more to fix it. You might think that smaller lots that have been around for a while would know what they're doing. But I advise you to avoid this place and save yourself the headache. My engine failed in less than a year (an $8000 issue). I can already anticipate Nathan's responses: - 'You declined the warranty.' Yes, because I had already secured a warranty through my bank, which I later discovered didn't cover pre-existing conditions due to previous owners' neglect. - 'How do I know you didn't cause the damage? It's been a year.' I have receipts proving that we maintained the vehicle properly. - 'Why didn't you bring it back?' I admit, I don't know much about cars. I naively thought that since he works with a 'well respected' mechanic, the problem must be on my end. Plus, after our first conversation about the car's issues, I lost faith in his willingness to help. - 'That's the risk you take with a used car.' While I understand this, it feels like a cop-out. As a businessman and a human being, Nathan made no effort to rectify the situation. Basically, telling a customer who spent nearly $10k at your establishment 'Oh well, what do you want me to do about it, can't help you' is simply bad business practice. Judging by the comments, I'm not the only one who feels this way. And regardless of his respose to my personal opinion and experience as a first (and last) time customer. My advice would be to find another lot... it's just not worth the risk with this place.

My wife and I purchased a brand-new 2023 Mazda CX-5, and initially we were very happy with the vehicle and the buying experience. However, our experience after the sale has been extremely disappointing. In early November, we contacted the dealership to cancel our extended warranty. We were told the refund would be processed and sent by the end of November, which we felt was reasonable. November came and went, and no refund was received. I left a message with Mike and never received a return call. My wife also called multiple times, leaving messages that went unanswered. Eventually, we were put in contact with Kevin, who initially addressed my wife's questions and assured us the issue was resolved. Again, we waited--but still no refund. Now, at the end of December, we have yet to receive the refund. My wife has continued calling with no resolution. When I finally spoke with Kevin directly, he stated he was not aware that my wife had canceled the warranty. After our conversation, he told me he would overnight the check. He said he would send me with a tracking code, and I still have not received this. The check has still not arrived. At this point, the lack of communication, follow-through, and accountability is unacceptable. I would never recommend any Bob Smith dealership after this experience. I will be sharing this experience on every review platform available and will continue contacting the dealership until this matter is resolved.
