We only tried working with them because the swim spa company recommended WCC, but they failed to honor their quote, increasing the quoted price by an astronomical amount at the last minute, which required us to scramble for other crane service options; turned out to be a blessing in disguise since we found Ad-Lite cranes in the process, whose service and execution was flawless. WCC will talk a good game (Tim N.), but that's about all you'll get; maybe some double talk and some spin. Save yourself the headache and frustration of dealing with WCC; too many other options available to have to deal with this company.

So, a crane would be the only way, as it needed to be lifted onto the balcony over the garage. Crane was very responsive and I was able to schedule the delivery people and them for a date and time only a couple of weeks away. It took less than one hour to crane the new fridge up and take the old one down (see pics). Not only was the service amazing, the price was remarkably reasonable.
