I recently hired Monument Professional Painting to do interior texture and painting of my ceilings…read more Eric and his partner were very prompt, efficient, and professional. They carefully covered my walls and property so that it would not get splatter even though texturing is a messy business. They did the job in two days and it turned out great. I was so happy with their work that I hired them to do another small renovation task. They picked up the parts for me since they were too large for my car and did the work in a few hours. I am completely satisfied with their work.

Would never use this business again. Very unprofessional. Missed several places that needed to be…read morepainted. (Clips on gutter, the front of the trim board under gutter, the front door casing, bottom of casing of garage door on one side, a gutter was only painted on one side, large section under deck left unpainted and entire south walls of the house still had the previous paint showing through.) Had to point this out to the owner who was the painter. Original spray did not cover appropriately. Then coming back to cover missing spots was done with a brush which made the back walls look like a patchwork quilt. Entire house has flashing (bright and dull spots) due to poor coverage. Owner wanted to charge us for labor and material to make it right by giving it a second coat. Worst paint job that we have ever experienced. Poorest customer service ever experienced. Doesn't care about customer satisfaction just wants his money. Beware.

Once approved, they quickly and professionally installed the new roof and every vent on the roof, as well as painted the places on our siding and garage door damaged by the hail. The new roof looks great! The crews that did both the roofing and painting were very friendly and respectful, and did a good job of cleaning up around the house. I will call Integrity when it is time to repaint!

I wasn't really satisfied…read morewith Integrity Roofing and Painting, but I didn't want to be like Ben Stiller in the movie, "Greenberg," where he's constantly filling out customer surveys and writing letters to companies he's dissatisfied with. And I've sent my share of positive reviews as well so I'm not just some curmudgeon looking for the bad in everything. Having said that however, the last straw finally showed up when I had to go into the attic to check on an TV antenna. As I looked around and upwards, I noticed that the roofers had not completely cut away the tar paper over the square vent holes. In fact what they had done was either use their fist or foot to more-or-less kick through the square hole for the roof vent, rather than properly cut away the tar paper, which left the hole still obstructed by tar paper. You know, who does this? Are we in that much of hurry that we can take the extra 5 nanoseconds to properly install the vents and tar paper? This on top of the fact that during the "sales presentation," the rep kept talking about how important ventilation is and was trying to sell me on more vents. Really? How about we just properly install the existing vents? While I could go on with an extensive list of shortcomings, what would be the point? I mean would it be how the owner comes around boasting about how "good" things are going? Or if I mention how the issues the front man promised only barely came in under the wire. Or maybe how the Hispanic crew actually made derogatory remarks about me in Spanish and whoops, I speak fairly fluent Spanish. What would be the tipping point in a long list to make someone pass on this company? My gut told me to pass on this company but I didn't, darn it. They have plenty of good reviews out there and I can't for the life of me figure out why because no one who had these results, would come to the conclusion that this was a good job or company. Unless it's just a crap-shoot and you spin the big wheel to see what you'll get. Your choice.
