They take a very personal approach when working with you. I know they have a lot of other services I mostly focus on "help me in an emergency!", I have also gotten to international driver's licenses Which they do very quickly and inexpensively. Stay 1: Bed was super comfortable. Room was really clean, however, shower floor was sticky making…read moreme wonder when it had last been adequately scrubbed down (sticky like this usually is from hair spray or other stuff). Shower was plastic and sank a little when I stood in it. Toiletries - made in China which seems to be the trend unfortunately these days at US hotels. The quality though of the Chinese made product was better than what is usually stocked at US hotels. Great towels though! Check-in is down a narrow rock covered drive. Stay 2: I got a different room and the bathroom was much better than the other room. Bed again was super comfortable. I had people above me but they were quiet types so no problem there. For both stays, I was able to park close to the rooms. This B&B is set back from the Main road and both times I stayed I was in a building in back on a quiet residential road. Nice quiet stay and nice little outdoor areas on both sides of the building. They had a hummingbird feeder set up. I enjoyed walking a bit on this quiet road. Almost five star stay.
