I work in construction and consider myself a tough client. Roy addressed all my concerns and worked with me to get to my budget. We called a local tree service out to remove a tree, and they failed to completely remove the stump...yup Roy's guys took care of that too. In addition often times I was only able to meet with Roy on Saturdays and he would make that happen. Roy even called me back on a Sunday when I had a concern..a Sunday. Not many out there like that anymore. I wish I had a landscaper like him back in IL.

LIARS, CHEATERS, COWARDS…read more....................................... This Company is interested in scamming their clients and charging top dollar for average work. Actually let me rephrase that, charging top dollar for work not even completed. They billed me for work that I personally ended up doing with my family. Then when I confronted Kevin he said "pay me what you think we did". I paid him for the work completed, which was about 75% of the bill. The when the fall cleanup time came around, nowhere to be found. Like a shamed dog with his tail between his legs. No returned calls, and left the property in shambles. It is now December 16th and I still have no "fall cleanup service". Kevin does not have the decency to say that he will not be back. This is the service I expect from teenage boys, not a professional landscaper. I guess its very hard to accept the fact that he lied and was called out on his attempt of billing for work NOT completed. Save yourself the headache, choose another company as Kruger can be viewed as UNRELIABLE, LIARS, CHEATS, COWARDS.
