The guy working the FIRST time I went was more than willing to give us great deals- got better the more we bought. I have been to Black Moon countless times since then, and have made many purchases. This includes awesome water pipes, torches, lighters, slides, vape juice, tanks, coils, and more. I love that they have just about every flavor, brand, and mg of nicotine in their vape juice selection. It's one of the only stores that sells the exact juices that I regularly use. The staff are all very friendly and professional. They will provide you with excellent customer service and are all very knowledgeable about the inventory that they sell. Although they did away with the rewards program as many of the vape shops have been forced to do, you can still get a deal here. The more you go, the more you buy, the better the deals the staff may offer. While the store is small, don't be fooled by it's size. They do have a great inventory and it's one of my go-to's for my vaping and smoking needs. Overall, I definitely recommend stopping by!

Stairway Smoke Shop in Altamonte Springs just recently opened off of State Road 434, and I was…read moreecstatic when I found out there was a new local store to try! Even better is that the store totally blew me out of the water and exceeded all of my expectations! I had grown accustomed to most of the other shops in my area inflating prices on most of their merchandise and not properly training their staff. It seemed like it was becoming a trend to ask for help in a smoke shop and get a blank stare for an answer. At Stairway, though, I talked to the owners at length, and I can honestly say that they are the most knowledgeable and helpful smoke shop employees that I have come across in quite some time! They have extensive experience and expertise in all of the merchandise they sell. They both were welcoming and provided excellent customer service. I was confident that I was in good hands almost immediately. On top of the amazing staff members, the wide selection of merchandise is not only high quality, it is also affordable! The prices are the best in the area. Because of my rapidly growing vape collection, it is becoming difficult to find a shop that has all of the coils that I need in stock. So when I discovered that Stairway literally had every single one, I couldn't believe it. This is definitely my new go-to smoke shop! Their merchandise includes a huge selection of brands and flavors of vape juices; brand new models of mods, tanks, and kits; a ton of cool slides, water pipes, and bubblers; useful tools and cleaning products that even I have never seen (and trust me: I feel like I have seen it all! ). I guarantee that Stairway has whatever smoke and vape products that you are looking for, and they them at the best prices around. So, what are you waiting for? Give this shop a try. I promise you will be back!

The prices for their glass products are amazing--affordable and of great quality. Despite spending a considerable amount in that section, the employee couldn't offer any discounts without the owner present, which is the only reason I didn't give this place five stars. If they advertise the smoke shop in the back, expand their collection, and add vape supplies and kits, I'm sure they would see great success! They are open until 12:00 a.m., later than most weekday liquor stores and smoke shops. The liquor store in the front has typical offerings and decent prices, even if they didn't have exactly what I was looking for. I tipped the employee generously for his patience, knowing he was eager to go home after a long day at work as we were there right up until closing time. I checked out their website before arriving and found out they deliver liquor store products so the 'party doesn't have to stop.' Definitely worth checking out. I highly recommend this place and will be back. Thank you!
