He's lost complete height in it. In unimaginable pain. He was finally able to get into see pain management this week. The doctor ordered a prescription for him and the pharmacist deleted it. When my husband called to inquire about it he was incredibly rude. Said he needed to speak with the doctor regarding a reason. Why? Even if that's the case, there is absolutely no reason to be rude to your customers who, if they are being prescribed pain medication are already struggling in life. If you hate your job this much, QUIT! I would greatly appreciate someone making contact with us so we can discuss this further. I am heartbroken that my husband has to endure this condition for the rest of his life and I am absolutely appalled at how he has been treated through this whole process. Edit.....I have done as requested and called "customer care" with my complaint. I felt, unheard. Definitely didn't hear any typing of notes. Said she would "pass" it along. And "I may or may not hear back further". What is the whole point of taking time out of our days to make a complaint when clearly no one cares? I would be ashamed to represent this company. Maybe that's the problem...But this pharmacist has years of complaints. And still you allow him to demean your customers.
