The business proposed trimming back a neighbors tree and said it would take 5.25 manhours. I watched the man cutting the tree spend about 4-5 minutes cutting 4 small to medium size branches. Then two other men spend 2 minutes moving the limbs to the shredder. Less than 10 minutes total. They were trying to charge me $600.00 for those 10 minutes. I called them on it and the foreman told me he would never pay so much to have any tree trimmed. When I called the office to voice my concerns the receptionist said the owner would call me back. Now over 24 hours later I haven't heard a peep. I reached out to the man who visited us and wrote the proposal (Jeryn Batman) and he seems to be ghosting his customers also. Stay as far away from this company as you can. Once they rip you off they will ghost you!

Before grinding the stump they had the city come in next day to make sure there weren't any pipes underground and then showed up 24 hours later to complete the job. I'd highly recommend!! I hired this company to cut a large tree from my front yard and two smaller trees in the back…read more They were affordable and ready to work. The problem came as they were doing the work. Not many safety procedures were used. When cutting the huge limbs, they just let them fall to the ground. When they got to the last 12 to 15 feet of the giant trunk, rather than cutting it down further, they decided to chop it at the bottom and push it over. Doing this damaged the sidewalk and retaining wall. While cutting my trees, they managed to hit the fences on both sides of the house, smash the handrail for the steps, crush my sidewalk in several places, collapse a retaining wall and left the entire neighborhood without power for the rest of the evening. Jeff told me they would be in contact to do repairs in a couple of weeks. After a month I contacted them asking when they would be returning. I sent pictures of the damage, and Jeff asked if I was trying to cheat him. I assured him the damage was created by his company. He gave me a date he would come back, but rescheduled the day before. The day they were to show up, he texted me saying they would be not coming and would come another day. I was becoming frustrated and asked him for his insurance information. He would not give me the information and instead offered me cash. I did not reply to his offer as I wanted to get an estimate on the repairs. When I got home late that evening I discovered he had come to "fix" his mess. Unfortunately, the north neighbors fence is still smashed, the handrail hasn't been replaced and the sidewalk still has huge cracks and a large hole. This company was a huge disappointment.
