After receiving the truck his shifter is messed up, ac no longer works, and the stereo no longer works. By that time it was too late to take it back because it was an after service issue. Granted they took money off for keeping the truck so long, however, what is the point if you cause more damage. We will never be back. Horrible communication, work service, and customer service. We drop off the vehicle and leave and within 30min we were called back for them to tell us it was the starter and that it would cost them $800 to fix. Knowing it's not an $800 job we brought it home and i removed the starter. Brought the starter up to an Autozone to have it bench tested and the starter is perfectly fine across all tests. Annoying I had to remove it to find that out but it is what it is. Just thought I would give a friendly warning to all of those who think about using them. Only two conclusions I can come to at this point is 1. They were trying to scam us or 2. They dont know what they are doing.

It consistently does a poor job of actually cleaning my car and has left significant scratches, swirl patterns, and even small dents. The "free amenities" are also rarely clean or properly stocked. My car is often left streaked, with dust still covering the wheels. And don't even get me started on the front grill. It stays covered in bug residue, with seemingly no effort made to get it even 10% cleaner. For the price, I expect my car to come out cleaner than when it went in, not with new damage and the same dirt still on it. Very disappointed with the quality and overall experience.

I've washed my car and so many Self wash places and this one by far is the best. Nowadays, everyone wants to charge for everything but here, not only can you get a wash and vacuum, but you also have the opportunity to use their microfiber towels, their multipurpose Spray, and their window spray! Not to mention they also have a floor mat cleaning station that's also for free! I mean, who offers that with their car wash at no additional cost? Needless to say, I'll be back!
