Unfortunately our experience was very disappointing. Gordons Class rarely came out on time, were uncommunicative and generally very unprofessional to deal with. I finally had a long conversation with Angelita where she apologized and clarified what they would fix moving forward, and we gave them a second chance for the '21/'22 winter. Their service was even worse than the year before -- they did not come out on time, increased their pricing without telling us and completely changed their contract terms. They had an excuse for everything. Do not believe anything this company tells you, and do not hire them for any lawn care or snow removal.
