Buyer beware. These are Walmart returns you're getting in these pallets. They talk them up like the quality is excellent with phrases like, "My guys were really impressed with this pallet when they put it together." Quite simply, the quality level is best described as "junk," but they have no problems misleading you on what you're actually getting for your money. I made the mistake of purchasing 2 pallets from this place. The first time, I was dealing with a newer salesman who assured me the pallet had 4,000-5,000 pieces and that with their beauty pallets there are almost no throw-aways. He was off by quite a bit as there were only 2343 pieces in the pallet. Of those, 1310, in other words 56%, were throw away pieces. I chalked this up to the young man being newer and maybe accidentally mixing this pallet up with another one that had been through the warehouse. No issue, I messaged the company and spoke with the owner, Mr. Cooke, who worked out a deal with me to bring a portion of the pallet back (expired sunscreen) and he would trade it out with a few boxes of other beauty items. He also assured me that when I came he would offer me a good price on another beauty pallet. Seemingly a fair deal, and well on his way to turning a bad experience into a good one, I agreed and made the 4 1/2 hour drive back to the warehouse. So, last Saturday I brought the expired sunscreen back to the warehouse for the exchange and was greeted by the manager, JJ. Rather than addressing the exchange first, he immediately told me I could have 2 pallets for $5,000 that day. A little uneasy about it, I began to look and couldn't find anything I really felt satisfied with purchasing. Feeling pressured, as if the previously agreed to exchange now depended upon whether I made a purchase or not, I told him I'd be willing to take 1, but not 2. As I expected, rather than addressing what I said, he went straight to the idea that they say "no returns, but they're doing an exchange" as if the exchange agreement was indeed dependent upon my spending additional money that day. I should have walked away at that point, but against my better judgement, we did make a deal for me to purchase 1 pallet for $2500. What a mistake! Having taken the past few days to go through it, the throw away rate in this pallet is literally 93%, or in other words 28 out of every 30 pieces. I'll be lucky if I recoup $500 of what I spent. In this industry, you do expect a 10-15% throw away rate when you purchase pallets of merchandise. That's normal, understood, and built into pricing. What you don't expect is to get ripped off with pure junk that you can't sell through any honest sales channel. That's what happened with both of the purchases I made. Having reached out to Mr. Cooke again to let him know how dissatisfied I am with what happened Saturday and having heard nothing back, I have no choice left but to rate my experience as 1 star. Listen very closely to these words as they will use them against you when you learn what you have purchased "I can't guarantee this pallet." When you walk into this building you will see the best of the best items carefully staged on shelves to look impressive and undamaged. Then you will think to yourself (as they had hoped) "Those pallets in the back must be just as good." And that is where you will have made your biggest mistake. I am not going to make this long but will do my part to help you avoid losing some of your hard earned money to "Cas" the self professed wrangler jeans wearing tycoon that loves to embellish his accomplishments in hopes that you will accept everything he says about selling his goods as gospel. Yeah he will tell you how his Home Shopping Network items are making some guy down the road millions and how he has 300 warehouses, but when you come back looking for answers (and you will) as to why you have a pallet full of salvaged garbage, watch who suddenly disappears while his chain smoking "manager" argues you down about why you should have looked over the pallet carefully. These guys are a bunch of dirt road, used car salesmen that wear Walmart dress shirts pretending to have class. They are more than likely the front men for some hidden investor that took them out of the trailer park and gave them an opportunity because he knew they would do anything for a dollar. When you walk in look and listen with your common sense not with what you are hoping to find. Don't let them hustle you by over-talking you, it's just high pressure sales tactics. You are too smart for that. Don't take my word for it just go in look around and ask if I buy one of these pallets will you guarantee it? Then watch the magic. Oh and if you stay long enough you will overhear some disgruntled soul calling or coming in to complain. Maybe this is why Cas has so many health issues. Stress and Karma are both a B&*ch. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. These guys are straight out THIEVES. I have been in this industry for 10 years and never have I experienced such dishonest business practices. I purchase 4 truckloads of merchandise from various suppliers every month. I decided to give these guys a shot and spoke with them several times on the phone regarding the merchandise being purchased and was provided with photos of some of the product. I was told I would receive 90% new DVD's and BluRays. I received 80% used junk. When I contacted them about this they gave me a BS story about their warehouse manager, claimed they fired him for it and promised to send an additional 2 pallets to make up for the mistake that would be NEW product. I received 2 pallets of USED audio books from a PUBLIC LIBRARY! This is the last place you will want to spend your money. There are HUNDREDS of liquidators in the US. This is by far the absolute WORST one you could possibly deal with! BUYER BEWARE!!! RUN THE OTHER WAY AND FIND A REAL LIQUIDATOR!! DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE THIEVES! read more

This is one of the better places to buy truckloads of merchandise. I have got great merchandise on all of the loads I have bought there. Good and friendly people. The owner was very friendly and very helpful plus all of the other people was very nice. They explained to me the difference in a customer returns and different levels of merchandise. Plus the prices was in a very fair price range. I would recommend this place to anyone who is wanting to get into business to make some money read more
