This is a 0 star review. My girlfriend called and spoke with a Big Timber employee about cutting down a dead tree, said he would be over to take a look that Friday. No exact time was set. Girlfriend took off the whole day of work and waited. No show or call to say he couldn't make it in fact never called at all. Got Arbor management out the next week. Needless to say they got the job. Dont waste your time on Big Timber, bad business practices. If they didnt want the job then they should have said no from the beginning. I do not recommend! read more

I had a very large tree fall into the lake by my home, Ed Fayollat came out quickly and gave me a estimate and started the job a week later. The two of them worked hard and steady for 2 1/2 days.
