He was very friendly and professional throughout the transaction. After we returned to Colorado with our new Buick, we discovered that the tires were defective. We contacted Dante, who discussed the matter with his parts manager, and soon we had new tires! At no time was there any quibbling over warranty (as we did experience with a Colorado Buick dealer). Dante--and Brown Buick GMC--went the extra mile to make sure that we were satisfied customers and were welcomed into the "Buick Family." I regret that we live 500 miles north of Brown Buick and wish that we had easy access to such a friendly dealership in Colorado. They accepted an appointment to change engine oil and didn't have the oil filter???? Kept my car for several hours and wasted my time and they didn't even bother to call me about the issue. I called to see the progress and their employee claimed that she called and left a voice message!!! Never ran into a bad service like that on multiple levels.
