Shannon guided me through the process. When I got cold feet, she patiently and compassionately talked me through my fears. She gave me time to come to my own decisions, she was never pushy. My favorite moment was when we were sitting in my (now) living room floor, waiting for the inspector to do his job. We talked about life, wall colors and what I could expect next. Shannon never left me wondering or waiting. She is an excellent realtor and I have recommended her to all of my friends, and even some strangers! I've bought and sold investment property using Shannon as my realtor on several occasions and found her to be an outstanding agent and advocate. Her style and attitude toward handling  business is enjoyable, and to be appreciated as unique. In a real estate world where deadlines are not met, balls are dropped, and people just don't follow through with what they say they'll do, Shannon rises to the very top as being a person of her word who executes exactly what she sets out to do.             Professionalism and honesty come to mind, but more than that she also possesses a warmth and sense of humor that keeps me doing business with her again and again.

Quite a few people have had issues similar to ours. I will be listing a few major cons we've…read morepersonally experienced as they outweigh anything positive worth mentioning. 1) When we moved in we didn't have a closet door. We had to beg them for one which is absurd. Because that's standard. Right? We did get one but were made to feel like a bother for asking for a door. Again. A door. 2) As others have mentioned, they will talk down to you and cut you short. If they respond at all. It's unfortunate. Not how I would treat paying tenants. Scratch that. It's not how I would treat any other human being. I think it's a big issue because they are the safety net if there is anything you ever need. But if they are not there for you, then you have no safety net. Prepare to fall. 3) We have major condensation leaking from the toilet sometimes based on temperatures. We called, they sent someone and he treated us rudely. He said he wasn't going to referee toilets. Why make comments like that? I asked him if leaving toilet water everyday on the floor could hurt the floor. He said no. I'm not a plumber but I know if water just sits on a bathroom floor constantly it would eventually be a bigger repair. I felt like this was a 'duh' moment based on how floors and water work. Not to mention who wants to walk on condensation toilet water. Again. Not a plumber. But I googled it and there are ways to fix it. And if he didn't know, why be rude? I think the landlords should appreciate these sort of phone calls and at the very least be interested in water damaged floors because of long term costs. Now we are hesitant to ask about more repairs because this was something out of the twilight zone. It just went total polar opposite of how a repair man should respond. 4) We had a noise issue with a neighbor. They seemed to work on it. Anymore occurrences, They won't help with. It's a one time deal potentially. Which, again, isn't fair and not anything I've experienced before with any landlord. Fair landlords look into it and Investigates. Or mediates. Finds out if the noise is legit/continuing. If negligent behavior is affecting the quality of life for the other tenants, it is better to rid the property of the problem rather than lose other respectful tenants. Kind of like with the repair issue mentioned above, I feel most landlords would appreciate these kind of reports and be approachable to keep up the good moral because creating standards that secure the safety and care of your property and your tenants, you will further target and attract responsible tenants. The lack of care is probably why so many bad tenants do even more so what they want. Obviously. Tenants are not equal to the landlord. They shouldn't be allowed to do what they want and should have rules(the lease). Without rules enforced, it ruins the sense of needed community structure and most of all, can negatively impact the ones actually following the rules. There is more but I think what I wanna get across is they seem motivated by money and reluctant to help otherwise. It upsets me because my wife and I are adults. We can deal with the negligence of all this. Or disregard them making comments that are uncalled for. What does make it personal, is instead of lending a helping hand, trying to be more pleasant, our child has to live in this type of environment because adults can't work together. She has to step on a puddle of toilet water accidentally because the maintenance man didn't wanna do maintenance. Or stay awake late when she has to get up early because neighbors are allowed to disregard the lease and make excessive noise that unreasonably interferes with her peace and comfort. This isn't right. Point blank. Bottom line. If somehow the landlords actually listen to our distresses, and work with us, I will change this review to reflect that change because everyone deserves an extra chance. If not, then I think everyone should have reviews as guidelines as to possibly expect for their own family and healthy living.

Literally the worst place I've ever lived. This past year we've went a month without heat or ac and…read morethey brought one little space heater for us to use to heat the entire apartment. The plugs in the bed room won't even work and they've told us for over a month they would fix them. Stuff is constantly breaking and they do not care to fix it in a speedy manor. They continue to raise the rent every year and yet refuse to do the bare minimum up keep. I do not recommend anyone ever moving here. In fact I will do my due diligence to let people know the poor quality and disregard these apartments have!!! YOU WILL OVER PAY AND YOU WILL NOT BE CARED FOR. THEY WANT NOTHING BUT YOUR MONEY. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!! AND READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE YOU EVEN CONSIDER IT!!!

Yearly lease increases with no visible improvements to justify…read more Severely fading parking spots with no assigned parking and no lighting leading to vandalism and theft. Maintenance is good till they need to finish another day and then forget about you. Forget about your security deposit because you will never get it back. Horrible communications with leasing staff who rarely return messages and close the office on random days with no explanation. They will send out emails notifying you of inspections or pest control sweeps and either postpone or never show. Do yourself a favor and move to a different community. This place is the very definition of what was once a decent place to live but has since fallen off a cliff into the dumpster.
