It seems the new 3rd floor is mostly dedicated to stores that only rich people can go in. I might be wrong, but they look so expensive I don't dare to go in. There's just too many clothing stores to be honest. No mall needs a billion clothing stores. There's 1 bookstore and as far as I remember 2 electronics/entertainment stores, which are pretty much the only stores I go in to. There's however also a very big Føtex, which is super nice, and right in front of that there's an escalator leading down to the metro, which is pretty great. But to be quite honest, this isn't really the mall for me. If you love clothing and don't care about 'Den danske hygge', this might be the mall for you.

It's really more of a mini-mall, and even that's generous. The whole place is pretty dismal, and not very inviting. And the collection of shops is your usual high street brands: H&M, a sporting goods chain, a men's clothes chain, a women's clothes chain, a Matas, and so on. If you live in the area, it's pretty convenient to have these shops in your neighbourhood, and it has one of the city's few large hardware stores, which is pretty much my only reason for coming here.

To call this place a shopping mall would be an exaggeration…read more But then again, it's probably perfect size for suburban town like Herlev. Inside, you find all the necessary shops you might ever need, that is including H&M and Intersport (funny that all suburban town malls always have these two!), Matas, Fona, Føtex, Tiger and the newly opened Imerco. They have some other obscure clothing shop and shoes shops including the chain Skoringen and some cafes that might not look entirely appetizing. You can say this place holds all the essential stuff that you might need. I don't know what the future holds for this place when the new shopping center (bigger one) is opening near the station. Would this place shrivel and die? I Hope not, I still need to visit this place for a quick tour to Matas or Tiger or pick up a new running tights at Intersport, so I hope Herlev is big enough to have both.
