Big rig rescue should change their name to big ass scheming money pit. Yes they were fast to send someone out. We were told the tech would be there within an hour. After weighting an hour we were told that he had to stop and get something to eat. The we were told he got lost.
Then after he wasted as much time as he could doing everything we already did. And after taking a couple calls. He hooked up a wires to the other motor to figure out how it works. Then while he was fidd around at his truck. My girl fixed the slide out herself. The so tech wasn't there an hour. Then he wanted us to pay him directly and he said we could just tell the company that nobody showed up. He asked me what they charged us. Then we were 363$ by the tech to come out and give us moral support for about 55 minutes. While my girl fixed the slide out hrself.
So all in all we paid about 500$ for some criminal scammer to drive around until he ready to stop at us. If you use them . Make sure you know how they charge because they failed to tell us that we had to pay for the driver to stop by whatever restaurant and crash house to come out and not fix anything . totally bad business. Way overcharged.if they didn't fix anything. Then why should we have to pay? Because they don't care about the customers. Just how much they can scam out of your pockets. read more
