Hi, after reading the negative reviews, I feel badly for those folks and don't doubt their…read moreexperience. However, to counterbalance this, I have had no trouble with MPCP. Have used the one on Gilbert a couple of times with good service. Everyone was nice to me. Have gone to the MCPC in Canadian Lakes for years and have had good service. I sometimes have to wait for prescription refills, but their statement clearly says to allow up to 72 hours for refills. I try to do that, and find it reasonable. It takes a while to get an appointment for routine things, but that isn't any different than all doctors. They are all busy. If I am really sick, they will get me in. My husband has gone to the MPCP Pain Clinic on Gilbert for years and gets excellent service.

If I could give zero stars I would. My husband was kind enough to schedule a New Patient…read moreappointment for me in August. Unfortunately, my work schedule is difficult to accommodate on particular days, and that was one of those days. There were crossed wires and I completely missed the appointment. I called them back to reschedule, and was informed that because it was classified as a no call/no show, they will NEVER book an appointment for me. I am not one to no call/no show and understand their frustration when that happens. However, I am also a business owner and appreciate new and existing clients and view them as more than just a billable hour. Clearly, if Michigan Primary Care Partners can't make a quick buck off your insurance, you have ZERO value to them. Since they clearly have no interest in MY business, or the business of anyone else I would refer, the best I can do is to warn ANYONE and EVERYONE ELSE to go elsewhere, unless you are looking for a doctor that doesn't care at all about the patient and only what they can bill. Enjoy!

This review may brighten your day with a small, but very much needed chuckle! XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX So, this was my direct response to them via Reply to their solicitation email: Dear Mr. (or MS) Corewell, I give, and I do mean I give DEARLY, EVERY TIME you send me a bill and I pay it! And, I might add, I'm STILL GIVING, until it hurts, and then some! So, that having been said, please accept my continued, prompt, timely payments as my heartfelt contributions to your cause! Sincerely, and I do mean SINCERELY, Sxxn Oxxxxxxi P.S. Here is just a friendly word of advice to you, Mr. (or MS) Corewell. If I were in charge of your Charitable Contributuons Department, I would comb through my solicitations address book (or Rolodex) of potential donors, and cull out ANY AND ALL OF THE PATIENTS who are in a similar situation as I, that being patients who were under your care for critical or catastrophic illness! Because, if they are in a similar healthcare situation as what I am, they most certainly must be in a similar financial situation, and are in NO FINANCIAL CONDITION OR POSITION TO DONATE ANYTHING TO ANYONE OR ANY CAUSE! Again, just a friendly word of advice!

My experience with Corewell Health was disturbing enough that I would strongly caution others…read morebefore trusting this facility with their care. Their facilities appear dirty and poorly maintained. More concerning was the staff. Several employees I encountered seemed confused, poorly prepared, dismissive, or unnecessarily rude. At times, I was left wondering whether basic standards of professionalism and patient care were being taken seriously at all. The most disturbing incident, however, had nothing to do with cleanliness or competence. I personally overheard two nurses laughing while discussing a patient and what sounded to me like a deliberate decision to avoid or delay responding to his needs because he was a Muslim from Iraq or Lebanon. I cannot know everything surrounding that patient's care, and I am not claiming knowledge beyond what I personally witnessed. What I can say is that I heard the conversation myself, and what I heard was appalling. If staff members are intentionally allowing a patient's heritage an--to affect how promptly or respectfully they receive care, that deserves serious investigation. Patients entering a healthcare facility are often frightened, sick, injured, or otherwise vulnerable. They should not have to wonder whether the person responsible for their care approves of their religion before deciding how quickly to help them. Between the condition of the facility, the behavior and apparent confusion of multiple staff members, and especially the conversation I overheard, I left with virtually no confidence in this facility. Corewell Health should be investigate for this. Patients deserve competent care, a clean environment, basic professionalism, and equal treatment. None of those things should depend on race or religion.
