It has changed a bit since I was first here a number of years ago, but in many cases it is still basically a huge fibreglass structure sticking out in the middle of nowhere. Well, they have turned a section of the park into a zoo, which I have to admit is pretty cool, but it seems that the whole pineapple plantation has been removed, which is honestly a bit of a shame. As for the structure, well, it really isn't all that great, but it is still an interesting place to visit. read more

Who lives on a pineapple on top of a mountain? I'm not sure either. It was closed. But, we got some good pictures of a huge pineapple and a few treats from the gift shop. A cool roadside attraction that is worth stopping by if you have a minute for a photo. read more
