I would highly suggest they get the following though as their competitor already has: 2 vacuum head options (need a smaller nozzle to get in the cracks of the car), a car mat beater machine (like 3 minute car wash has) and more free options for car cleaner sprays (all purpose, air freshener, windex). I honestly don't know what some of the negative reviews are talking about because the service has consistently been excellent for me.
