We needed a good cleaning for our truck before we sold it. They went beyond what was included in the mini detail we requested and did it in partial rain (we ran out of time and needed the inside done more than anything). The truck looked brand new after. We're so appreciative! Friendly, quick response, professional. read more

Mike did a great job on my Mom's 2008 Lexus RX350! I wanted to treat my mom to what felt like a "new" car again and it's exactly what we got! Some of the black parts of the car were fading and he did an awesome job bringing it back to life! The interior looks great too! 3 weeks later since our appointment and it's still looking great! Thanks so much!! We'll definitely use this service again on our other cars! read more

A fee was set for cleaning my vehicle and when the guys got here, they started talking DID YPU GET THE A1 or THE A2 PACKAGE. So basically trying to get a different fee for the job that was already set. Watch out for these scams. I cancelled and sent them on their way. They get a THUMBS DOWN. read more

These guys went above and beyond and did a great job. Thank you to Mike for working with me and doing my car in the rain. Haha. I came down from the LA area to the Convention Center for the Fully Charged Live event and my car was being used in a companies booth for the event. Needless to say the price was excellent and the quality of work was exceptional. I honestly wish he was up my way. I'd use him every week. Thank you for making my life easier so all I had to do was wipe the car down once I got it inside the building. Car looks great. Highly recommend this company. Should have way more reviews and 5 stars across the board. Thank you again. read more

First time trying Big Mike's Auto Detailing and my car hasn't looked this good since I got it. Got the Interior Detail A1 package and I am very pleased with the outcome. He left my car smelling great too! If you saw my car previously, you would think I bought a new one. I will 100% be using his services again and can count on me being a lifelong customer. Mike was outstanding! I really needed a deep cleaning on a huge spill in my car over Thanksgiving day which left a stain and stench on the backseat and carpet & floor mat. Plus my car was way overdue for a detail. This company is so reliable, professional and came well prepared to do the job and they guaranteed the work would get done in a timely manner. I was not pressed for time, so rushing was not an issue; however I was very impressed with how thorough the cleaning job was and how Mike paid attention to every little detail of my car. He has such a good eye! He also went over the stained areas several times to ensure the mess was 100% eliminated. I really appreciate Mike and his team scheduling me and squeezing me in last minute when I needed the help the most. Excellent communication, affordable prices and they offer a wide variety of services with a friendly attitude and very easy to talk to. The reply and feedback time was very very good, which made the overall communication process so easy & effortless and much appreciated. They never left me hanging and Mike did such a superb job on the amount of time and hard work cleaning the inside of my car, I'm very impressed and extremely happy with the turn out. Everything looks so flawless! Like brand new. Another bonus is they are mobile and provide services at your home or wherever needed which is so convenient. I definitely would hire Big Mike's auto detailing again and highly recommend this company to family and friends, he will get the job done with a job well done indeed. I scheduled an appointment for an interior detail job for my vehicle. Big Mike never showed up. I then received a text message over an hour after my appointment time telling me Mike was outside. I told him to park behind the house by the garage. After apologizing for a miscommunication with the receptionist, he told me to reschedule because he wouldn't have enough time to complete the job. So, I went inside and rescheduled through their website because, no one answers the phone. I then received a text message saying they will not reschedule because they don't work in my area. WTF! A complete waste of time. I'm not young anymore. Also, I'm definitely not a Karen! read more
