From start to finish working with Cosmos was a breeze. I can't tell you how many pieces of Quartz I pulled out and how many hours we were there trying to decide. Regardless, they answered every question and had patience and understanding. George came out to do the measurements/template and answered all our questions and concerns. He went above and beyond to explain why and where seams were needed. Two gentlemen came out today to install the Quartz and they were very polite and fast! They knew exactly what they were doing and communicated everything which is exactly what you expect from a company. We are so happy with the end results and that we went with Cosmos for our countertops. Some of the negative reviews sound more like a customer issue then a service issue. I highly recommend Cosmos and can't wait to use them for all three bathroom renovations.

We like to support family owned local businesses. The owner Jeff came out to our home with LVP…read moreflooring samples. He was so nice & friendly. Jeff was very knowledgeable. He advised as a home with pets, LVP is the best flooring option. It is durable. He said it would last 20 years. We signed a contract to have LVP flooring installed on the main floor and upstairs in the bedrooms. The installers worked quickly. Initially the floors looked beautiful. By the 2nd year, some of the tiles started separating. Some tiles were chipping, some were splintering. We didnt understand this as Jeff said this is the best floor and will last 20 years. After researching we discovered our subfloors are not flat. So, the contractor would need to do prep work & level the subfloor before laying the tile. National Floor Covering did not level the surface before laying the tiles. Thats how they got the entire project done in two days. This also explains why the floors are separately, chipping & splintering througout my house. You would think that a flooring company that is in business over 30 years would know this. These floors cost us over $8,000 and they are ruined. In July 2025, we called the owner Jeff, who was not good at responding. He finally came out to the house to take a look. He acted baffled and said he had no idea why the floor did that. He said it must be "defective" tiles. I asked him could it be that the floor is not flat. He said no, as they are "floating" flooring thats made to adjust. Jeff said he would check with the manufacturer to see if it was still available. Well, he went MIA . I had to call & text him multiple times to get him to respond. Then he said he wanted to bring his installer over. That took forever as he was not responding to us. He came out with his installer. We set a date in late November 2025. Our heater broke and we were forced to cancel. It took alot to get it rescheduled for early January 2026. Then, we had a family medical emergency. We were forced to cancel again. Since then, Jeff has been unresponsive. Also- when Jeff came out & showed us samples, the samples were much thicker, probably double the thickness of the floor we received. We feel he did a bait & switch. It is now April 2026 and there has been no resolve to these horribly damaged floors. It is very clear good customer service is not a priority when problems arise. They are not an honest company. We have decided we dont trust a flooring company that has been in business 30 years, charged us $8000, and wont take accountability for the fact they gave us a cheap thin floor, and laid the flooring on a non flat surface causing all of it to separate, chip & splinter all through the house. They are very attentive until there's a problem. We have decided we would rather find a truly reputable company to install new flooring correctly. And this time we are more informed and know what questions to ask. Jeff is friendly, but dont be fooled. They do not install flooring properly, nor do they care to make sure they fix their mistakes. It cost me $8000, so buyer beware.

Very disappointed in Tom Adams. Their salesman was not knowledgeable and sold us the wrong…read moreproducts. He acted like he knew what he was talking about. We asked a lot of questions and really thought we were getting a good product. We were promised our flooring would be durable and a hard grade floor. The flooring they sold was horrible from day one. It fell apart shortly after we got it. They blamed it on wear and on my dogs. They even sent an inspector to the house. The inspector blamed my dogs and wear over time. The floor fell apart in the first 6 months. We didn't even have our dogs then, and it fell apart in areas we didn't walk on! Plus, it was their inspector which we felt was totally in favor of Tom Adams and biased. The report came back that my dogs and wear were the cause of this. Totally preposterous! We must have replace hundreds of planks over the years. It couldn't be wear, especially since the planks weren't the same as the ones that were originally installed. We were told it was going to be a very durable wood floor, good for dogs, foot traffic, etc, and not soft grade. We got the total opposite! We can't resurface them or stain them, they would totally fall apart. Tom Adams kept replacing planks and the same thing continued to happen. Tom Adams would not take responsibility or would the manufacturer. They stopped using the manufacturer knowing these problems with Chesapeake flooring. We just kept getting the run around. The warranty meant nothing, because no one would make good on it or take responsibility. We even showed Tom Adams the bad reviews regarding the company's floors. The reviews stated that the same thing was happening to others. They had knowledge that these were horrible wood floors. We would have been better off with LVP or manufactured wood. The flooring that was in our house originally was there for 25 years with out a scratch and had plenty of wear. They were just older and thinner and we wanted a thicker plank that was more modern. Had we known what we were getting or dealing with we never would have gotten new flooring. After all the calling and replacing 70 or more planks every 6 months, Tom Adams still would not replace the floor that cost thousands of dollars. To the consumer, research floors before you buy and make sure that you use a company that is knowledgeable and that the salesman they hire know all about the flooring they are selling. Read reviews on the floors and carpets. We're so disappointed with our experience with Tom Adams. We now have floors that Tom Adams will not make good on, and are falling apart. They said, we could replace them at cost. Seriously! We paid thousands of dollars and shouldn't have to replace them in 8 years. Not to mention this has been on going since 6 months after they were installed. They look horrible and we're stuck with splintering wood floors with filler that comes out. Not the quality we paid for at all! Do your research and use another company. We would advise everyone to not use Tom Adams in the future.
