Yes, the prices can be higher on some things-but you get what you pay for... and they do have good sales. Bedding, bath, fragrances-this is still like the department stores lots of us grew up with. It's well-stocked in all departments and they still do gift wrapping. I've had good service here, too. I'm so glad there's still a Dillard's in Brandon Exchange-and so many other Bay Area malls. I'll be back again and again. p.s. lots and lots of parking, too!

We learned that it was for an event they hold twice a year. All the employees we spoke to were very nice. The only downside of this unexpected experience was with someone who I believe was hired for the event (not an employee of Dillard's) was very rude and ignored me when I tried to ask a question that would have taken two seconds to answer.

I was trying on dresses and became overheated, light headed and then violently sick. The employees were very kind and helped me to cool down with water and ice on my neck, however they should not have to suffer in these conditions. It's inhumane! I love coming to 5 Belows because they always seem to have some affordable t-shirts in my size and they often have Harry Potter stuff. I recently lost a lot of weight and hardly any of my clothes fit, so it's great to be able to buy some fun tshirts that fit that won't make me go broke. Also, a week ago I had to have foot surgery so I had to shop around on a scooter and there was a wonderfully helpful gentleman who offered to help ring me out and help me bag up my items. The lady in the front gave me a slip of paper with number of items I have and what dressing room door to go into. There were all numbered 1-10. There is so much stuff to look at. The clearance sections were pretty good. I didn't see anything I liked but I was able to grab two biker shorts from the Athletic section. I had to wait a bit in line- the line didn't move quite as fast as other TJ maxx stores but that's okay because I was looking at all the stuff they have by the line to the registers. Best of all, they FINALLY have self-service check out registers! Last few years, omg, every time I shop during the evening, on days I only had to get a few things, I would still have to wait in line over 30 minutes. I'm glad they finally have this option for those wanting to just get in and get out. Lastly, kudos to the guy who always grab carts and put it back in the store for our convenience. I've only seen the same guy over and over working on the carts. I think they should hire more staff to work solely on getting the carts back. His diligence doesn't go unnoticed.
