They claimed because it was a Lilly Pulitzer it was worth that price because they look online to price and if it was in better condition, it would have been more money! They were also incredibly patient with my little one, who had his own Princess and the Pea moment in the mattress section. While I was impressed with the in stock furniture and customer service when I was purchasing , my opinion changed when I had an issue with an expensive piece of outdoor furniture. I had the chair less than 30 days when it fell apart. I contacted them and was told I would receive a call back later that day which I did not get. Finally I received a call asking for pictures and serial number. I was then sent an email if I had any questions to contact them. I asked if they would replace the chair since it was practically new and I heard no response. I told them since this was a vacation home I would like to quickly resolve this as we would be closing up the house shortly. Again no response. I followed up two days later with a phone call first thing in the morning and was told the manager and her boss were there and she would call me right back with an answer which never happened. I called an hour before closing to see what the answer was and I was told by the manager what did I expect! It was her birthday and a holiday weekend plus they were busy all day with customers. I guess once they have your money you are no longer a customer. To make matters worse the manager said in his opinion I should apologize to the sales person because he felt I was being unreasonable. Really! All I wanted was answers not attitude. Will be purchasing the rest of my furniture somewhere else.

When I got to the store there was even a sign outside stating the same, but once I was inside, each mattress showed the full value price, without any discount. Talk about bait and switch! The salesman was very friendly. I even asked about the sale and he just pointed to the price on the sign like that was some great discount, that was not what I was inferring to, I meant the 50%. I found a mattress I liked, but for a double mattress only, no box spring or frame I paid over $1200. Does not sound like a great Labor Day sale to me!
