I want to share my experience so others are aware before spending their hard-earned money here…read more We recently spent over $5,000 on a new living room set, expecting to come home after work and relax on furniture that would be comfortable and enjoyable. Unfortunately, the furniture we received is so uncomfortable that it actually hurts to sit on it. Instead of being able to relax at the end of the day, we avoid using the very furniture we spent thousands of dollars on. The salesperson was extremely nice during the buying process, which made us feel confident about the purchase. However, once the sale was completed and we reported the problem, the attitude completely changed. We were essentially told there was nothing they could do to help. When we spoke to the manager, we were told that the owner has never taken furniture back. That kind of policy is very disappointing and, in my opinion, bad business practice. When customers spend thousands of dollars and are unhappy with the product, a business should be willing to work with them to find a solution. Policies like this don't encourage customers to return, and they certainly don't make people want to recommend the store to friends or family. Because of this experience, I would strongly recommend that people think twice before purchasing from this store and consider shopping somewhere that is more customer-friendly and willing to stand behind their products.
