Brands included name-brands (e.g., Bounty, Converse, Fancy Feast, L'oréal, Pampers, and T-Fal) and the Target brand. Prices ranged from low to moderate. I bought a dry-erase eraser, and it had a reasonable quality and price. I used the self-checkout and experienced no problems with the machine.

As far as selection, there is so much to look at, I almost always come home spending more than I planned. The shoe department is especially good. So is the handbag department. Actually every department I have shopped has had a good assortment and I can find things I want. They also have a Clearance center with REALLY low prices on the second floor.

I asked if the 4-week timeline could be guaranteed, and she told me it could not -- in fact, she said it would likely be longer than that. This directly contradicted what we had just been told over the phone. At this point, we are nearly four months in with no clear or reliable delivery timeline. The lack of transparency and inconsistent communication has been extremely disappointing. I would strongly caution others about purchasing furniture from this store if it requires warehouse delivery, as the estimated timelines do not appear to be accurate or dependable.

They do carry a lot of licensed items from many different brands. What got me, however, are the snacks. These are snacks that are almost exclusive to the overseas markets. Items that you would have to find a place, mostly located within a city, that specializes in them. This store is bringing those snacks to the masses. What I can tell you, if you come across an item and you fall in love with it, buy more than one. You are not guaranteed to find that again or at another location. The employees' service was very good. An employee greeted us when we entered the store. Another employee was tidying up the shelves of products. A third employee was the cashier, and was had ust a short wait for him to ring up our purchase. I bought a small bag of Chinese cucumber-flavored potato chips for a few dollars. I felt interested in them, and they tasted OK.

At the checkout counter, a few customers were ahead of me in line, so I had to wait many minutes. The cashier accurately rang up my purchase, and she spoke nicely with me.

There are several businesses that are in a "loop" in that there are blockages to getting onto the main "road" of the plaza. But, overall, the parking lots are well maintained and well marked. The one down side is that because it is so large, it can be hard to navigate. If you are looking for a specific business, GPS might take you to the vicinity and not the actual business.

I generally welcome such attention, however, I find it unnecessary when I am shopping for greeting cards. The store is very clean and orderly, and their prices are in line with most Hallmark shops. In addition to their greeting card line and giftware, they carry purses, jewelry, and clothing. I also noticed giftware for sports fans and there is an area of boxed chocolates. I like the way the store presents itself, and the fact that they want to offer their customers the best service possible, but it is also important to allow your customers to shop freely by themselves.

The one down side is that while it seems like there are plentiful sales associates, it was surprisingly hard to track down an open register when I wanted to cash out. The store was having a holiday sale for Memorial Day weekend, and most merchandise was discounted. The only constructive feedback that I have is for checkout lines to have shorter wait times.
