They wouldn't exchange it but gave her the money in a gift card. HOWEVER the watch was more now (about $100 more)! They say they don't do exchanges for black friday anymore. This just seems like highway robbery to me. You can't exchange an item for the same item and then they lock your cash in a gift card so you can't go anywhere else! Walmart has fallen from where they use to be. I'll do all my black friday shopping on Amazon from now on.

The staff is nice, friendly, and helpful. they have a great assortment of books at reasonable prices. it's best to walk all the isles because you never know what you will find, especially that item that you loved a year or two ago that you could never find again, it might just be there. My daughter went to find gag gifts and Christmas stocking stuffers and came away with an Olaf (from Frozen) Bop It.
