They kept taking the light boxes and leaving the heavy boxes for my friends to move, this was even when I first told them to move the furniture, for THATS what I needed help with was the heavy furniture and boxes. Finally one of my friends told them and handed them the furniture to move. They ripped up the flooring in my apartment with the washer and just left it there for my friend's to unhook - and when carrying out dented the door. 3 of my furniture pieces are now cracked, and my desk fell apart when I grabbed it from the truck - when it was attached when I showed the guy my desk. My new dressers i got for my kids a year ago are all scratched up, and my entertainment center has scratches all over the doors. They never used any blankets I got in the uhaul to protect any of my furniture. The 2nd group of worker were great and did a great job. The first were appalling. I told my experience with 2 others who are moving and will not use their service. The fact now that I have to fix the repairs they did is upsetting and now having to replace furniture thats been cracked due to their handling.

They moved all of my things in from my move in less than two hours from a 16 foot Penske truck! They were even really helpful and put boxes in different rooms depending on where I needed everything. (which saved me time and energy!) Super friendly and reasonable prices. They take Venmo and Google pay. I will definitely call them again when I need to move!

At 3:35 PM I went and looked at my confirmation and they had changed the window to be 1:30 - 4 PM. But they didn't call and talk to me and ask me if 4 PM was ok. Shortly after 4:10 PM, after getting no call from the manager and the company still not showing up - I canceled my call. And did not book another appointment. I called another company and they came out today and were on time - and I gave them a great review.

Just a quick prolog:…read more Since we Used Venmo I did try to recoup some of my losses through them. Unfortunately thought they said from my pictures I provided, etc. show there was some clear negligence going on this wasn't something they cover, so that's a good thing to be aware of if you book. Basically my option is to go to small claims court to try to recoup since there was a breach of contract (not providing the moving supplies and tools he listed in the actual contract that would have protected my belongings and expedited packing the truck), the damage to my belongings, and the further cost I incurred as a direct result of them not being able to do the job in the time quoted. If I was still in Salt Lake I'd go to court without any hesitation after the awful experience I had with Whipsmart.... But I'm not. Gas alone round trip is $200 just to file, plus hotel, plus having to do the trip again for the day in court, and the time out of my schedule all of this would take. I did talk to a lawyer and was advised likely a court would just "Split the baby" on a situation like this and at that point is it even worth it to incur further cost. Though Yeecii replied here about "Service" and how customers matter.... let me be clear... nothing happened. He has always had the ability to at the very (Very) least credit me for the half hour extra he charged me for, he's always had my phone number and email. You can even email through this site. Venmo even when the case was going on offered him the ability to give a partial refund or at least respond to the case. Nothing other has been done on his end other than that weird disjointed call he made after I initially posted the original review where he asked me to remove it.
