They have bins that have added security features that help deter neighbors from using the bins. They dropped off the dumpster exactly when they said they would and gave me the entire day and next morning for the price. They truly wanted to make the schedule work best for me. I was provided with a written quote from Junk King that was valid for 30 days. When I called to…read moreschedule an appointment based on the quote that I received, they said that the quote was wrong, that they would not honor it, and that the actual price would be higher. This is after I sent them screenshots of the quote I received showing the price that they quoted. On their website, it says that they will match any written quote - but they won't honor a written quote that they issued? When I pushed back on them not honoring the quote, they would not budge and kept insisting that the actual price would be higher. I guess their quotes don't actually mean anything, even though they do explicitly state that they're valid for 30 days. This is not a company I would recommend. It's seems like they just charge whatever they feel like charging, and won't actually honor quotes that they themselves issued.
