We brought in a rod and he set my son up with bait, the right hooks, sinker and some kind of set up in the line and told us where to go for fishing and crabbing. It turned out the line my son had on his rod was dry rotted and we lost the line. We then went back a second time got it relined and new hook and set up on it and back we went.

Yes, there is some potential for uneasiness when you have to get more info, but they are very nice people and ultimately are very helpful. I had issue with ArmsCorp, but at first I thought my issue was with Buck Tail's. I was under this impression because they owned the issue while attempting to get me support from the manufacturing company, but really they were playing the go between with the company on my behalf. I would give them 4.75 stars if it were an option, but it isn't, so I'll round it up to five.
