It was spacious, comfortable, and had plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. The open living area was especially great for hanging out together, and the kids loved the large community pool just steps away. The owners were also so kind and welcoming. Any issue that came up was quickly looked into and addressed, and we really appreciated how responsive and thoughtful they were. Even the little things, like having a baby crib and monitor, made a big difference and showed a lot of care. The home is clean, well maintained, and beautifully furnished. It really feels like a real home, not just a rental. We also loved how easy everything was -- the grocery store/market is just a few minutes away, and access to the Mauna Lani Beach Club was a huge bonus. Great snorkeling there too. This was such a wonderful home base for our trip, and we made great family memories here. We'd happily recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and beautiful place to stay on the Big Island!

This company is just helping her keep what is ours. During our walk through it was even discussed how a door was damaged when we moved in and they charged us $463 for a closet door!!! I have pictures showing a bathroom drawer when we moved in with used floss, roaches, and hair. Termite poop on our bathroom counter, black mold in the washing machine I tried to scrub. Broken kitchen tile when we moved in. We left the house cleaner than We received it. Lived with a house full of termites that they would not deal with. Boundless said one thing at my walk through and then charged for things never mentioned and damage from before we moved in.

I messaged with Dani and we tried a few things that didn't work. And the next day while we were out they replaced the tv. What great service! We felt the price was very fair for the quality and ocean views. Would definitely stay here again.

We searched many properties in the area and found a luxury condo on the property managed by Jason. The unit (on Hainoa street) was perfect. Clean, quiet, great view, and comfortable. There was a minor issue with the grill malfunctioning and Jason was all over it, ultimately fixing it on Easter Sunday. He was immediately responsive and managed to find a repair person, get them to respond and address the problem, all while constantly following up with me and the repair guy. I have rented a number of nice vacation homes over the years and the is the best service I have ever seen. If you are going to the big island, I would highly recommend this unit. 3br/3ba that is just perfect. Nice touches like Tommy Bahama beach chairs and umbrella.
