The facility is not huge, but there is still enough space to not feel crowded during the tour. Our tour guide did an excellent job at giving us useful information about the products that J.K Williams makes. We concluded the tour with a tasting of a few of the spirits and I enjoyed all of the samples. The bourbon was my favorite. This is a wonderful place to check out if you are visiting the Peoria area or live nearby.

I had a great conversation with the owner, Donna, who stated they had been in commercial operations for 10 years and having this physical site open for 8 years. She was a wealth of information and extremely nice and cool person to talk with - she knows he wines! After discovering the Broken Barrel was my favorite, I decided to purchase a bottle and enjoy the pastoral setting of the outdoor seating overlooking their lake.
