I said isn't this a butcher shop, and was told, yes but without a lot of help. I'm not sorry, but they weren't busy, thete were 4, maybe butchers, standing around, doing nothing! I got a box with plastic bagged meat in it. $21.00 a pound. 12 lbs $270.00. No worries. I ordered, I'll pay. Bone in. Stopped at Ingles on the way home. BONLESS rib roast, $9.99 lb! Wasted over$150.00. Won't be back. In fact headed to Ingles tomorrow to buy a WHOLE rib roast to cut and vacuum pack 12 to 14 rib eye steaks, at $9.99 a lb for the coming year. I cut them thick!
