I would personally not recommend booking with this photographer, especially if you have young children or are coordinating a family. Things happen with kids, traffic, and getting an entire family ready. Based on my experience, there was very little flexibility or grace when there was confusion surrounding our session time--even though we were at the beach at 5:50 for what we understood to be a 6:00 PM session. What continues to bother me most is that no photography service was ultimately provided, yet the entire $175 payment was kept, and I was asked to pay an additional $125 to reschedule. Almost a year later, my opinion has not changed. I wish I had known how this situation would be handled before I booked, which is why I'm leaving this update for other families to consider before paying in advance.
