Grounds well manicured with picnic tables and fire pits at each site. Tree branches are trimmed back so no worries about losing an AC unit. Very well maintained!! We are here in October so pools were closed but there are two and there also multiple playground areas for the children--- big kids too. Best WiFi in a campground yet! The camp spots are larger than some I've stayed at. Two laundry rooms that I have found (may be more). Huge store with all your camping needs, food, and entertainment and games for the kiddos. Miniature golf and swimming pool. water aerobics. Church on Sundays if you like church. Very large campground. Quiet a few annuals live here. They do themes on the weekends. If there were another camper parked across from us we wouldn't have been able to get out. Laundry on site and the store had tons of snacks. Past the old basketball court (across from section D) is a wandering nature trail/Maze. Staff that we interacted with were friendly and quick. Really quiet and peaceful place to stay for 2 weeks. Walmart is within 20 minutes if you need anything. Check out the Circle R farm store right down the street, too!

Looks like someone was playing jarts and where ever it landed is where they placed the pit. A previous review said they had new cabins, I didn't see any as we drove around in the golf cart. Maybe they are remodeled on the inside but the outside hasn't been touched in what looks like 40 years. There are not many weekend camp spots, it is mostly all seasonal. I'm talking multiple sheds on sites along with decks and large canopy's. There are some amenities. Fitness center but you have to be 18 to use (very strict on the age). If you have young kids the playground is quite nice, I'd say even better than some KOA's we've been to. There is also a place to fish, a pool and a beach with swimming. The showers were disappointing, no chair or bench to sit on. Do you know what it's like hopping around on one foot on a slippery floor trying to put your underwear on, next to impossible. The water was nice and hot but you had to press the know every 3 seconds. Golf cart rental $68 per day Wood bundle $10 each Quiet hours start at 10p.

There was a bathroom as part of the pavilion, it is on the outside of the building, and it is open to the public. Which was nice having a bathroom so close. The bathrooms were spotless. I did get a bit of a surprise when I tried to hang my purse and found a pair of female panties hung there instead. Haha! I jumped, acting like they were going to jump out and grab me. So, yah, that happened. Probably someone changing into their bathing suit left it. You can see the water from the pavilion, or walk out to it. The landscaping was beautifully done, parts were immaculate, and some parts weee sanded for having fun, park like setting to play frisbee, horse shoes, Bocce ball. Etc.... You do not have to rent a pavilion, you can just go, and use the grounds. We paid 9.00 to get in. I think that's a per car fee. We don't live in the county, so Idk if that fee is for residence of the county or just non residents. Maybe something to check on before you go. They had grills there, a little fence around part of the pavilion, with picnic tables. Everything was set up very nicely. I have no idea how the pavilion rentals work, or how much they cost. But it was a beautiful spot. Trees, pathways, water, what more could you ask for. It seems quite large, and others were there as well enjoying the day like us. It is a joyful place, and everyone just enjoyed themselves, and respected each other. Very joyful, peaceful family place.

They may not have as many activities as other KOA's, but the hosts are great people. The little shop has any essentials you forgot. The location is perfect because it is out of the way, but close enough to the local attractions. Very clean facility. Bathrooms are cleaned everyday. The only downfall I have ever seen was the shower pressure. It is lacking, but just a minor inconvenience for what you get out of the rest of your stay. 10/10

Won't be doing so any longer since I was harassed about a visitor passes while buying a loaf of bread at their camp store. Motto says family oriented, yeah as long as you pay, pay and PAY!
